Not only secure, but also universal

For simple, fast and above all secure fastening of heatsinks, cases or other components to a DIN EN 60715 TH 35 mounting rail, commonly known as a top-hat rail, Fischer Elektronik is expanding its range of fastening materials to include additional mounting rail fasteners. The universal and solid aluminum clip fastening KL 35 F 2 ... for all 35 mm mounting rails with a rail material thickness of 1 to 2.3 mm is available from stock in larger standard lengths of 100, 125, 150, 175 and 200 mm now. The robust basic profile consists of an extruded aluminum profile and has a specially developed and patented contour that ensures easy snapping onto the respective mounting rail in conjunction with a pressed-in stainless steel wire spring. The new designs are specially designed for heavier weights or longer lever arms, which is why two wire form springs are pressed into the base profile for a secure hold. This makes the clamp fasteners particularly suitable for use in applications with high levels of vibration or for attaching larger component weights to the mounting rail. The mounting rail is attached to the component to be installed via fixing holes already made in the clamp profile with countersunk holes for M4 countersunk screws. The positions of the drilled holes and the pressed wire form spring can also be modified and adapted to customer-specific requirements like the specified standard lengths can be. The new article designs of the KL 35 F 2 ... are offered with a natural anodized finish as standard.
