The Curve design enclosure from Fischer Elektronik has been nominated for the "Electronic Industry Awards 2023" in the "Enclosure of the Year" category.

The Electronics Industry Awards, organised by the publisher of Components in Electronics (CIE) magazine, Datateam Business Media, recognise excellence and ingenuity across the electronics industry for the sixth consecutive year. The Enclosure of the Year category recognises an enclosure that stands out for its originality, innovation and technical capabilities.

The Curve design enclosure from Fischer Elektronik is a universal enclosure with an elegant design, consisting of two aluminium profiles that are pushed against each other. The impact-resistant plastic design frames have anti-slip properties and conceal the screws. The guide grooves in the enclosure allow the insertion of 100 mm Eurocards or mounting plates. Furthermore, the half-shells have guide channels for the insertion of nuts and threaded strips, which, among other things, enable mounting of non-standard PCBs. The enclosure is available in six different lengths as standard, two different surface finishes and six different colour combinations of the design frames. Other lengths, surfaces and colours are available on request. The basic enclosure as well as the cover plates can be mechanically processed, surface-treated and printed according to the customer's requests.
