In various industry applications electronic devices have to be protected against outer environmental influences to ensure their function durable. Therefore 19" systems are on duty, especially in industrial applications. Those grant a simple and fast compatibility of the components. The single components being integrated in the 19" inserts are built to a complete system in a 19" rack. Fischer Elektronik offers varying 19" inserts in their standard range with different designs and versions. 19" inserts as a full insertion with heights up to 6 U and a depth of 360 mm with or without ventilation slots as well as the mounting option of mounting rails or mounting plates belong to the programme. Optionally there are 19" inserts with detachable cover plates or integrated cooling fins available for a better handling of the encased components. For the acceptance of 3,6 or 9U of horizontal mounted PCBs you can find prepared rack housings as well as chassis inserts in our product range. Beside our standard versions there is also the possibility to machine all rack housings, to treat the surfaces or to print according to customer’s request.
