Thermally conductive foils cut to customer-specific requirements

Owing to production-related requirements and tolerances for manufacturing various heatsinks such as extruded heatsinks, for example, neither the surfaces of the electronic components, nor those of the semiconductor installation areas on the heatsink will be even and smooth. A good thermal connection between the electronic components and the heatsink is therefore essential for the semi-conductor's safe and long-term function. Various thermally conductive foils that are customized to the respective application will provide excellent solutions if they are appropriately deployed and all the parameters are taken into account. Where customer-specific cuts of these thermally conductive foils are concerned, Fischer Elektronik GmbH & Co. KG is now offering its customers a new production process using digital cutters, in addition to the die cutting technology. This enables the direct creation of finished and tolerance-compliant cutting templates from CAD data provided in the form of DXF files, and that without tooling costs. The outstanding production speed and a cutting technology that has been perfected in every detail ensure an optimal result. We will cut your drawing parts precisely to the desired geometry in keeping with your specifications, regardless of whether they are made from sheet or roller material. You can meanwhile rely on our also newly introduced 24-hour sample service for custom cuts created from our standard thermally conductive materials in accordance with your specifications.
