Customised thermally conductive foil
For the well-known electronic components with T03 and TO220 cases and others Fischer Elektronik offer a wide range of thermally conductive and insulating foils. In addition to the comprehensive standard range, customer-specific versions are designed and manufactured. Various materials such as silicon-elastomer sheeting, polyimide and others are suitable for stamping and thus allow manufacture in line with customers' drawings. The required outline is stamped out using a hoop-steel cutting tool or a full-width cutting tool. A large variety of geometric shapes is possible. Many other foils, EMC materials and special sealing materials, thin copper and aluminium foils as well as paper, cardboard and similar materials can be processed and manufactured according to customers' specifications.
